SpaceAtlas requires Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4, or newer) and macOS 15.0 or newer.

Where do I manage seats and devices?

Open your Account page, review your active licenses, and remove old devices whenever you need to free a seat.

How do I get help?

Send an email to our support team with your purchase email and any relevant details. We try to get back to you as soon as possible, but it can take up to 48 hours. We do not currently offer weekend support.

Pricing and License

How does the SpaceAtlas with Updates license work?

You own the version you purchased forever. All updates are included for 1 year. If you choose not to renew after that, you can still use the version you own. Your owned version is shown on your Account page after login, and you can download it from there.

You can renew your update license at any time. Within the 14-day grace period after expiry, you can renew at a discounted price. The base renewal price is €15.99/1 year before any discount.

• 1st year renewal: 25% discount
• 2nd+ year renewal: 50% discount

You will receive an email before your update license expires so you can choose whether to renew.

Pricing and License

How does the SpaceAtlas license work without updates?

You own the version you purchased forever. You are not eligible for renewal or updates. If you would like to upgrade to a newer version, you need to buy a new license. You can download the version you own from your Account page after login.
